Pack and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label and securely package your items, ensuring the package is dropped off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
